This is not actually a squirrel and not related to a squirrel, however it resembles a squirrel a lot, it is known as "Tupai Muncung" by the locals and is actually a Common Treeshrew, unlike squirrels that usually feed on the tree, these treeshrews love to feed on the ground, they are quite regular here at PJ and nearby areas. They are believed to be more related to shrews and primates, previously placed under primates, but has recently gain a unique group themselves.

  3. This is not a skink, skinks are usually blackish and glossy looking. This is a variation of the Garden Fence Lizard, also known as the Changeable Lizard, although it will adapt its coloration to the environment, it is not a chameleon, true chameleon are found in Africa and India, they have huge eyes and a tail that ended rolled up. This is the same species of lizard with the rest of your "chameleon", breeding males will grain bright red head with a black patch on the throat.
